In our registered investment advisory firm, Allstate
Investment Management Company (AIMCO), we manage approximately $7
billion in assets for other investors and additional firms within the Allstate
family.
Allstate Investment Management Limited, a United Kingdom-based subsidiary of
Allstate Investment Management Company, has filed an application with the
Financial Services Administration which, when approved, will permit it to serve
as an investment advisor to clients in the United Kingdom and the European
Union.
AIMCO manages the $4 billion Allstate’s defined benefit retirement plan and $1
billion in several Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDO) as well as other
specialized portfolios. We have additional strategies under construction to
include existing and new clients.
