Allstate Investments also values personal development outside the organization. The company employs experienced asset management professionals with strong educational backgrounds as 85% have MBAs and 50% are CFA Charterholders. Additionally, many of our finance, accounting and technology professionals have received advanced degrees and professional designations, including the CPA and Project Management Professional (PMP).

We are strong supporters of these programs and provide funding for review courses and, in some cases, study time off. You’ll also receive a monetary award when you successfully complete some programs. All exam, registration, book fees, and applicable review courses are reimbursed.
